1. All goods sold and delivered are in good condition and non-refundable. Exchanges are only allowed based on the same good condition with a minimum shelf life of 15 months and above.
2. All clearance stocks are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. BE Solution strictly prohibits the promotion and sale of all its brands and products via 3rd-party e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to: Carousell, Lazada, Shopee, and Qoo10. We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized sales.
